We want you to be completely satisfied with your Weezee Campwear purchase. If something isn’t right, we want to know about it.

RETURN POLICY

Weezee Campwear gladly accepts the return of any merchandise for any reason within 30 days of receipt of your order provided that it is in re-sellable condition and has not been washed, worn, personalized or customized.

HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING ?

Returns are easy! Print out our Return Authorization Form and just follow the directions.

WHO PAYS THE SHIPPING?

The cost of shipping return merchandise back to us for a refund or exchange is your responsibility. If you are requesting an exchange for the same or similar item, we will pay for the shipping of the replacement item(s) to be shipped back to you.

If we made an error in processing your order, please email louisa@weezeewear.com so we can arrange for the merchandise to be returned at our expense.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

We process returns as quickly as possible. This can take up to one week when we’re very busy. If you are in a rush and can’t wait for us to process your return, it’s no problem, just place a new order for the replacement items and return the initial items for a refund. If you let us know that you are placing a replacement order (when you place the order) we will do our best to expedite it.
